Ayurveda (traditional medicine of India) says that each of us has a unique mind-body make-up, thus we all need an individualized diet and exercise regimen.

  • One-on-one sessions tailored to your unique needs

  • Sessions can be in-person or video recorded for you to use at your convenience

  • Styles include: HATHA, VIJNANA, POWER, PRENATAL, YIN, RESTORATIVE Yoga or a mixture, as desired

  • Detailed, knowledgeable step-by-step instruction

With an understanding of your Ayurvedic Constitution, I draw on my years of study - including Vijnana Yoga, Tensegrity and The Anatomy Trains -  to assist you in finding the most efficient and effective way to move. Like this, we don’t just do the postures; rather we reeducate the nervous system and myofascial matrix, rediscovering our body’s capacity to function more effortlessly, through integration.

Understanding TENSEGRITY allows us to MINIMIZE ENERGY EXPENDITURE. We function more efficiently and effectively, so we can do more of the things we love.

Based on your Ayurvedic Constitution and current state of health, as well as your expressed needs and goals, your personalized yoga practice will include one or more of the following practices:

  • Asana (yoga postures)

  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)

  • Meditation instruction

  • Daily Routine suggestions and considerations

Classes will be designed to meet your unique needs and will take into consideration injuries, conditions, challenges and goals.

Fees for private AyurYoga instruction are dependent on location, length of session and frequency, starting at $65/hour (USD).
