AYUR-YOGA: Optimize Your Yoga Practice by Understanding the Unique Needs of Your Ayurvedic Constitution

FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS OF ALL STYLES OF YOGA...
Find out how familiar yoga postures affect your mind-body type. Look at the common physical and psychological tendencies of each Dosha and how these affect our experience of yoga practice, sometimes making it feel more difficult than it needs to. 
We’ll learn how to use both mental concepts and physical modifications in order to reduce discomfort (eg. anxiety, irritation, physical fatigue and strain) and increase the benefits of the practice (feeling grounded, calm, clear, strong; increasing ease and effortlessness).
